I am so excited to be a part of the touring cast of If We Were Really Witches, written and directed by the formidable Kelly Burr.
If We Really Were Witches is a comedy about the witch hunts. Yes, you read that right. Set in a generic 1600s town, Witches explores what might've happened if real witches dropped in on the witch hunts. Mildred, Agnes & Suds are summoned by the ghost of a witch hunt victim to cause some hilarious trouble. Equal parts The Crucible and Monty Python, this fast-paced four-person comedy raises questions about pseudoscience, community, and how many parts each actor can play.
Our upcoming performances this fall will take place at the Scranton Fringe Festival and the NYC Fringe Festival at the Frigid NY Day of the Dead Festival. We will also be doing a special, spook-tacular Halloween performance and fundraising event, so keep your eyes peeled for more information on that coming soon!
